Windows 11? Another wave of pollution
Just like the previous versions, but in a worst moment.
There are people mad as hell, because they have been “orphaned by Windows 11, and are not going to take it anymore”. The reason is that it has been determined that “the group of orphaned systems is much larger than either of us previously thought." That is, in plain English, many more people than initially thought will have to trash very polluting, but still perfectly working computers, just because, basically, Microsoft said so.
To add insult to injury, this explosion of e-waste happens, as they said on Reddit, “in the middle of a chip shortage”. Talk about corporate responsibility.
More details where I made the screenshot, that is at “Windows 11 To Create e-Waste Mountain”.
